On June 1, she accused employees at the Taco Bell on the 610 South Loop at Main of throwing a drink at her and spitting on her. She claims she went inside and an employee threw hot grease at her and her boyfriend.

However, employees told police that four people came inside, one man punched an employee, another broke a window and all four threw chairs in the restaurant.

Police said Alexander broke a window and part of the drive-thru when she tried to get inside the locked business. Alexander said she returned to give police more information.

Police said that second incident was about five hours after the first.

Alexander was arrested June 16 and posted a $1,000 bond. She's due in court on Friday.

Taco Bell released a statement at the time, "The safety of our employees and customers is our top priority and we are very upset this happened in our restaurant. We are cooperating with the Houston police in their investigation and are in process of filing charges and property damage complaints with them. This was a traumatic incident for our employees and we are supporting them by offering counseling."
