Southwest Freeway reopens at Buffalo Speedway after vehicle fire

HOUSTON – A vehicle fire has been reported Saturday afternoon on Southwest Freeway, according to Houston Transtar.

The incident was reported at 3:23 p.m. in the southbound lanes at Buffalo Speedway.

The vehicle fire is causing four center lanes to be closed. All lanes were reopened at 3:47 p.m.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
