HOUSTON – Steady rain is moving through Southeast Texas Sunday morning.
An additional half-inch is possible by Sunday night. Although rain will taper off in the afternoon, cloudy skies will hang over Houston, making Sunday a chilly day. Temperatures this morning are in the upper 30s to low 40s and daytime highs will struggle to reach the upper 40s.
After a gray and wet weekend, the sun finally returns Monday. Expect the upcoming week to be cool but at least sunshine will be in the forecast for the end of 2014.
