LA PORTE – Undercover La Porte police investigators arrested three people and seized a large amount of drugs over the course of just four days.
Investigators received a tip of possible drug activity in the 2800 block of East B Street and set up surveillance and undercover operations throughout the city.

The Street Crimes Unit discovered that occupants of the East B residence were selling Xanax and methamphetamines. Less than 48 hours later investigators discovered methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside.
Police arrested Scott Bland, 28, and his girlfriend, Christa Cunningham, 26. They were both charged with possession of a controlled substance.
James Herring, 25, was also present as police arrested the residents and was charged with possession of a controlled substance for having nonprescribed Klonopin.
