Mike Markiewicz said he was at the Shipley Donuts on Westheimer near South Gessner Road Monday when two men asked him and friend for money. When they said no, the men jumped on the hood of Markiewicz’s car and even slashed his back tire, he said.
Markiewicz
recorded the aggressive beggars with a cellphone and called police. He said police told him they’d seen the pair doing the same thing to others along Westheimer.
Houston police are asking anyone who knows the identity or whereabouts of the two panhandlers to come forward.
