Police arrest man accused of sexually assaulting girl in pharmacy bathroom No description found
HOUSTON – The man accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl at a southwest Houston pharmacy has been arrested.
Christopher Michael Barillas, 27, who is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child was taken into custody in Virginia.
The sexual assault occurred at a CVS pharmacy on Bellaire and Stella Link on Oct. 16.
Officials said the child had gotten separated from her mother when Barillas called the girl to him, exposed himself and then took her to a bathroom, where he assaulted her.
Bond for Barillas was set at $100,000.
