Comcast locks down 200K accounts and other business news

HOUSTON – Comcast is forcing 200,000 customers to reset their passwords and account information.

The decision comes after the company discovered its information was being sold online by black market brokers. The stolen info did not come from a breach in Comcast's network, according to the company. Instead, it appears to be a list of previously stolen information and put together to target Comcast customers.

Mattel's new talking Hello Barbie toy has sparked a controversy over privacy. Opponents said the doll threatens a child's privacy when it records their conversation. They've launched a social media campaign, using the hashtag #HellNoBarbie against the toy. Mattel said all of its products confirm with applicable laws and standards.
