METRO bus fire closes Chartres at Lamar near downtown Houston

A METRO bus caught fire near downtown Houston Friday morning.

The fire that was reported around 6:15 a.m. on Chartres Street at Lamar closed roads in the area.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt.
