HOUSTON – Police are searching for the driver who hit and killed a man in a wheelchair in northwest Houston.
Police said the 65-year-old victim was trying to cross the street in the 8300 block of North Houston Rosslyn at Tall Willow just after 11 p.m. Tuesday night when a driver hit the man and sped off.
The man in the wheelchair died at the scene, officials said. Police said they do have information on the driver and are following several leads.
Investigators will review surveillance video from several businesses in the area.
