Man hit by METRORail train in Texas Medical Center

HOUSTON – A pedestrian was injured after he was hit by a METRORail train on Tuesday night.

METRO said a man crossing at the intersection of Fannin and Cambridge walked in front of a light rail vehicle and was hit.

An investigation is underway to determine if the pedestrian was at fault.

The light rail vehicle is cleared to keep running, but delays are expected on the route.
