HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 23-year-old man on Oct. 21.
Julio Chapa was found with apparent gunshot wounds inside a Jeep Cherokee near 2800 Bellevue around 11:25 p.m.

He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police have no suspects or motive at this time.
