The deputy eventually lost the driver on Eldridge Parkway and Clay, but another deputy found the man minutes later and restarted the chase.

After deputies lost the man a second time on Highway 99, a third deputy chased him down to the Westpark Toll Road and Addicks Clodine, where officers tried to spike the car tires twice.

The driver got down to his rims and finally stopped on the toll road.

Deputies quickly arrested the man.

He's charged with burglary of a motor vehicle.
