Man accused of hiring hit man to kill lover's husband No description found
HOUSTON – Harris County prosecutors charged Francisco Flores with solicitation of capital murder after he was accused of hiring a hit man to kill his lover's husband.
Prosecutors said Flores paid an undercover officer $1,500 to make the kill.
Flores is in the Harris County Jail and his bond is $100,000.
He's set to face the judge again next week.
