Friendswood police said they got a call about a burglary in progress on Nov. 6 in the 600 block of East Castle Harbour Drive.

Police said Thomas punched the glass window of a house, kicked in the door and went in, thinking it was his own house.

Once police arrested him, they said he dialed 911 from his jail cell and told the dispatcher that someone accidentally locked him in a cell and wanted someone to let him out.

Police said Thomas later called 911 again and only breathed on the phone.

Thomas' bond was set at $3,500.
