2 teens hurt in drive-by shooting outside SE Houston washateria

HOUSTON – Gunmen are on the run after shooting two teens during a drive-by outside AT Washateria in southeast Houston.

Police say a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old boy were standing outside on Scott Street when the gunmen drove up and opened fire Tuesday night.

One boy was hit in the chest; the other was shot in the head.

Both teens were rushed to the hospital and are expected to survive.
