BRAZORIA COUNTY, Texas – Authorities said the body of a 17-year-old who went missing while swimming in Brazoria County has been found.
The Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office said the body of 17-year-old Henry Murillo was recovered from the water near Quintana Thursday.

The teenager went missing while he was swimming at Surfside Beach on Saturday.
“We offer our condolences to the family for such a devastating loss and hope this recovery can bring a small amount of solace,” the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office said. “We would like to thank all responding agencies and volunteers, along with the residents of Surfside Beach who provided time and resources in support of the search and the affected family.”
