Body found at lake at Hermann Park

HOUSTON – A body was found at a lake at Hermann Park on Monday, according to the Houston Police Department.

Police were dispatched to the scene around 7:50 a.m. in the 6200 block of Hermann Park Drive after a caller said they believed a person had drowned in the lake. A dive team was deployed to recover the body, but the scene was cleared around 1 p.m.
