Would-be burglar falls through restaurant's ceiling onto customer

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Talk about a surprise guest for dinner! Patrons inside the Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet in Daytona Beach, Florida were stunned Tuesday when Justin Grimes fell through the ceiling into the dining area.

A number of diners told the manager they heard noises in the ceiling, and when the manager went to his office to check the surveillance video, he found ceiling tiles broken, wires dangling and a pair of shoes on the floor.

A staffer in the front of the restaurant called 911, though she didn't have a clear view of what was going on.  Minutes later Grimes fell through the ceiling, onto a customer.

"They came through the ceiling, they were trying to get the safe," a staffer told a 911 dispatcher.
