HOUSTON – A Katy ISD employee is accused of possession of child pornography.
Alan Wayne McNeill, a food service employee at Seven Lakes High School, is charged with possession and receipt of child pornography. He was arrested Thursday morning after an investigation led FBI agents to his home, where they seized electronic evidence.

Katy ISD said McNeill is in the process of being terminated.
According to the indictment, authorities were alerted to child pornography images being uploaded through a Yahoo mail address associated with McNeill. During execution of the search warrant, authorities said they found a laptop computer containing about 200 images of child pornography.
McNeill told investigators that he had been viewing child pornography for between five and 10 years, according to the federal complaint.
McNeill, 51, has been with the district since 2012. According to court documents, he is married.
The FBI said there is no evidence that the crimes involved any students at the high school.
Katy ISD released a statement that read, in part, "In Katy ISD, the safety of all students is our top priority, and we will continue to cooperate fully with the FBI during this investigation."
