Investigation underway after man found dead under Gulf Freeway at Cullen
No description foundHOUSTON – An investigation is underway after a man was found dead Monday under the Gulf Freeway at Cullen Boulevard, Houston police said.
The discovery was made at 2:25 p.m. at 4400 North Freeway outbound service road when a Precinct 1 deputy was flagged down, police said.
Houston homicide investigators are at the scene.
Police said there were no obvious signs of foul play.
