The owner said everything was a mistake, because the person on camera was actually trying to help Fox, who he thought was lost.

The owner said Fox is in good condition.

She also said that Fox is an expert at escaping and they saw him escape on camera, but were unable to find him. That's when she said he was taken.

She also said she never thought he was taken, but initially believed he was lost in the neighborhood.
