MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A family is searching for their missing daughter who disappeared after a date, police said.
Darrell Beaty said he is in pain while he searches for his daughter.
"I don't know where she's at. I don't know what's going on," Beaty said.
Donna Cloud, 19, went missing Tuesday after going on a date with someone she met online.
"We had gotten her a phone from Walmart and she was conversing with somebody on the Internet and then she told us she was going on a date," Beaty said.
Beaty said he knows the date was at Texas Roadhouse on Highway 59 in Kingwood.
The family said they didn’t know who Cloud had agreed to meet.
"She just had been messaging. He offered to take her to the roadhouse for dinner," said Cloud's stepmother, Linda Hornback.
Wednesday was the last time Beaty texted with his daughter.
Donna sent a message via text stating:
"Hey, dad, I'm probably going to the mall and see a movie this weekend, not sure yet."
Since then, he's searched phone records, Facebook and still has found no sign of her.
"I don't know where she's at. She could be anywhere and it really hurts me. There's nothing I can do. I feel so helpless," Beaty said.
Beaty said his daughter is a mother herself and has a 3-year-old son.
"She's 19. Just a baby," Beaty said.
Beaty said they have hope for her return and praying she’s safe.
"We miss you and we love you and we want you to come home," Beaty said.
