Lockdown lifted at 2 Spring ISD schools after 2 suspects fled area

SPRING, Texas – A lockdown has been lifted at two Spring Independent School District schools after police searched for two suspects who fled the area, police said.

Officials said Dueitt Middle School and Jenkins Elementary School were placed on lockdown at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday; the restrictions were lifted at 3:17 p.m.
