Car fire shuts down all northbound mainlanes on East Loop near Turning Basin

HOUSTON – A vehicle fire had all mainlanes on the East Loop shut down near Turning Basin Drive on Thursday.

All northbound lanes were blocked off around 7 p.m. The lanes were reopened around 7:45 p.m.
