HOUSTON – The body of a man was found floating in White Oaks Bayou on Saturday morning, according to police.
The discovery was made about 8:50 a.m. in the 100 block of the North Freeway.

According to Houston police, officers were called to the area in reference to a possible drowning. They found the man's body when they arrived.
Neither the man's identity nor his cause of death was immediately released.
