HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – The Harris County Sheriff's Office homicide unit is investigating the death of a man and woman whose bodies were found Sunday afternoon in the 6300 block of Larchhbrook Drive.
According to the HCSO, constables were originally dispatched to the residence about 12:15 p.m. for a welfare check. Upon arrival, they found a man and woman who were unresponsive.
Emergency medical services employees arrived and both people were pronounced dead.
A family member said the two were father and daughter.
“It's crazy because I didn't hear nothing. It's pretty scary,” said neighbor Adrian Cruz. “Somebody called that they hadn't seen the neighbors in a while because they always had the garage open they were always hanging out outside.”
It is unclear how they died.
“They noticed a foul odor. They did make entry into the residence and discovered two deceased individuals,” said HCSO Lt. Joe Ambriz. “There was foul play involved.”
