Armored truck guard robbed at gunpoint by 2 men

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas – Fort Bend County deputies are searching for two men being sought in the armed robbery of a Loomis armored truck employee last week, according to a release from the county.

Deputies said the guard was in the parking lot of a Chase Bank ATM in the 17200 block of FM 1093 about 6 a.m. on Jan. 16 when the wo gun-wielding men disarmed the guard and demanded cash.

The guard was knocked over from behind and was ordered to open the cash machine, deputies said.

The first man is described as black, about 6 feet tall and slender (about 165 pounds), and was wearing a black mask with only his eyes exposed. He was wearing black sweat pants, gloves and black shoes.

The second man is described in the same manner.

The men left in a mid-2000s model white GMC Yukon with upgraded stock rims and tinted windows.
