LA MARQUE, Texas – Authorities have discontinued the Amber Alert for a child who was abducted from the 200 block of Taylor Circle in La Marque. The two-year-old boy was found safe early Friday morning.
"I'm so blessed. If it was not for the Amber Alert and the media, I would not have this baby back right now," Amanda Leeson said. "Thank you so much it feels amazing to have him back. I just wanted everyone to know he's safe and he's going home."
Officials said Mark Leeson's legal guardian is his grandmother.

Leeson, 2, was abducted by his biological mother, Hailey Richter, 18, and Zikeyas McCullum, 21, according to the report. Officers with the La Marque police department said deputies with the Harris County Sheriff's Office and Precinct 5 Constable Office apprehended Richter and McCullum Friday morning.
"He's my grandson, I've had him since the day he was born," Amanda Leeson said. "He doesn't know Hailey. He knows her as 'Hailey.' I am his mother."
Amanda said her daughter Hailey may have given birth to Mark two years ago, but she hasn't been part of his life at all.
Hailey and her boyfriend McCullum came to the Leeson's home on Thursday for an unexpected visit.
Richter assaulted the grandmother and took the child, police said.
"She didn't say anything or act out of the ordinary -- she just picked him up and the next thing I know, I'm being maced and they shoved me into the wall and they're leaving with him," Amanda said.
An Amber Alert was issued, and kidnapping charges have been filed through the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office.
Richter has ties to the Houston area as well as Dallas County and Grand Prairie.
"She doesn't even know this baby. That is my baby. She birthed him, and I raised him. Emotionally, financially, I'm the one who sits up with him at night when he is sick. I am with him every single day," Amanda said.
