3 men charged with aggravated robbery after Katy home invasion

KATY, Texas – Three men have been arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and other crimes after a home invasion-style robbery in the Katy area on Saturday, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said Justin Gutierrez, 26, Isaac Eby, 22, and Roque Quintanilla, 37, robbed four people at gunpoint around 9:15 a.m. in a house in the 1300 block of Pecan Lane.

The men robbed the four people in the house, who ranged in age from 6 to 72, with assault-style rifles, according to deputies. None of the people in the house were injured.

The men left in a white Charger after stealing an assortment of electronics from the home, police said.

Deputies searched the area and ended up at a home in the 22500 block of Kenlake Drive, where a vehicle matching the description of the suspects' vehicle was found. The men surrendered without incident, police said.

In addition to aggravated robbery, Gutierrez is also charged with a parole violation and is being held on a $50,000 bond. Eby is charged with aggravated robbery and theft of property and is being held on bonds totaling $57,000. Quintanilla is being held on the aggravated robbery charge on a $50,000 bond.
