Pump Patrol: Save 24 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.26. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 24 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Monday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Stripes, F.M. 2920 near Meadowhill Drive in Spring: $3.02
• Costco, Bunker Hill near Katy Freeway: $3.11
• Citgo, Highway 6 near Old Richmond Road in Sugar Land: $3.13
