Pump Patrol: Save 18 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.57. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 18 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Wednesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Gulf Station, Holcombe Blvd. & Hwy 288, Southwet Houston: $3.30
  
• Chevron, FM 1960 & Stuebner Airline Dr., Northwest Houston: $3.33
  
• Sam's Club, South Loop & Fannin, South Houston: $3.39
