HOUSTON – The Chef of the Month for June is Shannen Tune of Craft Burger.
The former Executive Chef at Hotel Derek leaves the hotel after 6.5 years to step out of his comfort zone and follow his dreams of owning his own food truck, which he named Craft Burger.
Craft Burger is an upscale chef driven burger food truck in Houston that uses all natural grass fed beef, free-range chicken, all natural pork and local ingredients.
