10 students, 2 adults taken to the hospital after school bus crash in SE Houston

HOUSTON – Authorities said 10 kids and two adults have been taken to the hospital after a school bus was involved in a crash on Wednesday morning, causing it to be flipped on its side.

According to police, the crash took place in the 2900 block of Berkley Street at around 6:46 a.m. The bus route was 2102, and was heading to the school.

There were two additional vehicles that were involved in the collision.

Those taken to the hospital were transported with minor injuries and are expected to be OK.

Police from the Houston Independent School District, the Houston Fire Department, and tow trucks responded to the scene.
