A bank jugger is someone who surveils people leaving banks, intending to rob them at their subsequent destinations, typically by breaking into their vehicles or through direct robbery.

During the investigation, Arnold Rollings, a 30-year-old resident of Humble, was identified as the suspect. The joint operation revealed Rollings tailing a vehicle leaving a bank until it parked at its next stop. Taking advantage of the driver’s absence, Rollings forcibly entered the vehicle and stole a bank bag, according to Rosenberg police. When officers attempted to apprehend him, Rollings initiated a vehicular pursuit, eventually halting in the city of Richmond’s 2100 block of Preston Street, fleeing on foot toward the Brazos River. Law enforcement swiftly apprehended him hiding in nearby woods without any further resistance.

Rollings now faces charges for burglary of a motor vehicle, unlawful use of a criminal instrument, and evading arrest in a motor vehicle, totaling a $50,000 bond.
