Houston rapper NFL Cartel Bo identified as suspect in kidnapping case at Cypress home

Houston rapper Warren Brown, known as NFL Cartel Bo, is facing an aggravated kidnapping charge after a welfare check at a northwest Harris County home led deputies to evidence that a woman had been held captive and later escaped, court records and law-enforcement officials said.
