Lost load of granite on North Freeway at West Road causes traffic delays, police say

HOUSTON – A lost load of granite caused traffic delays on the North Freeway at West Road Wednesday, police say.

Officials said the granite was dispersed across I-45 North Freeway southbound near West Road.

Three lanes were blocked as crews worked to clear the scene.

Drivers were urged to take another route as traffic delays are expected in the area.
