Harris County Precinct 2 will host a free heavy trash drop-off and community cleanup event for East End residents on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 5900 Canal Street. Commissioner Adrian Garcia and community partners will participate, and volunteers are invited to help remove litter and address illegal dumping sites, with food provided for those who sign up.
