How much 2019 World Series tickets cost and where to get them

HOUSTON – On Saturday, the Astros eliminated the New York Yankees with a 6-4 victory in Game 6 of the American League Championship Series, clinching their spot in the 2019 World Series.

Now, Astros fans are scrambling for a ticket to watch the 'Stros face off against the Washington Nationals for the 2019 World Series title.

Buyers, be warned: Tickets to Game 1 at Minute Maid Park on Tuesday, Oct. 22 come with a hefty price tag. As of Sunday morning, ticket prices on StubHub begin around $470 for standing room only and soar into the thousands for seats.

A limited number of tickets to attend the Astros World Series games went on sale to the public at 1 p.m. Thursday.
