HOUSTON – FIFA officials say the FIFA Fan Festival will be open for reduced hours on Tuesday due to continued inclement weather affecting the city.
The planned hours of operation on Tuesday are from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. instead of the normal 12:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

“The shortened hours of operation remain subject to change if the weather conditions are unfavorable to a safe environment for attendees,” the FIFA World Cup 2026 Houston Host Committee says.
FIFA officials say they will continue to monitor weather conditions.
The FIFA Fan Festival was closed on Monday due to the anticipated severe weather. Monday’s closure also comes after weather repeatedly disrupted activities at the festival on Sunday, when organizers temporarily cleared the grounds twice because of lightning in the area.
