Police respond to reported suspicious package near Galleria Mall

HOUSTON – Houston police and fire have responded to reports of a suspicious package near the Galleria Mall.

Authorities were first notified just before 5 p.m. in the 2500 block of McCue Road.

HPD says a bomb squad is en route to investigate the package.

It is unclear at this time whether any roads have been blocked off.
