NEW YORK CITY – United Airlines says a flight bound for Bush Intercontinental Airport had its tail clipped by another plane while on the taxiway of New York City’s LaGuardia Airport.
United flight 434 was stationary on the taxiway when another plane, United flight 580, was turning into its arrival gate. The second plane ended up making contact with the tail of United flight 434.
Both planes went back to the gate and all passengers deplaned. There were no injuries reported.
