Wet cement spill slows traffic on Tomball Parkway feeder, delays expected

The spill happened in the 15800 block of the feeder, creating a traffic hazard as crews work to clear the roadway.

Deputies are urging drivers to slow down and use caution around first responders and workers in the area.
