HOUSTON – This holiday season, Houston’s Mayor John Whitmire and Police Chief J. Noe Diaz, Jr., are teaming up with local law enforcement to increase DWI enforcement around the city.
With more people out celebrating, they’re reminding everyone to stay safe and avoid driving under the influence.

Expect to see more checkpoints and patrols as part of this push to keep the roads safer.
