If you could ask CenterPoint executives 1 question about their response to Houston’s storms, what would it be? No description found
HOUSTON – Families across the Houston area have struggled with CenterPoint Energy service since nearly one million people lost power during last month’s deadly, derecho-driven storm .
Many of you have asked questions like, “What took so long to restore power?” and “How do I know if I’m on a prioritized grid?”
CenterPoint even ditched its online outage map, and there’s no word when a new tracking or mapping system will be up and running.
KPRC 2 reporter Gage Goulding is sitting down with CenterPoint Executive Vice President Jason Ryan Friday afternoon for an exclusive conversation.
Let us know in the comments below, if you could ask CenterPoint executives one question - what would it be?
