HOUSTON – This past week’s wild weather across the Houston area led to massive flooding and disruptions to people’s daily lives.

Various areas around Houston saw high amounts of rain, which led to evacuations and flooding which damaged property and just made life a mess for some areas.

KPRC 2 viewers have been sending us photos documenting the wild weather throughout the week.

Several people also sent photos of our local first responders jumping into action to rescue those in need.

Fortunately, it appears the Houston area may get several days of a break from all this rain as we head into this new work week.
