Update: AMBER Alert canceled for 9-year-old girl, 5-year-old boy found in Wilmer

WILMER, Texas – An AMBER Alert has been canceled for two children, a boy and a girl, who were reportedly abducted by a woman in Wilmer, Texas.

Jazlyn Mendez, 9, and Jionny Mendez, 5, were reportedly found by the Wilmer Police Department just after 6 p.m. Monday.

The two were last seen at 9 a.m. Monday in the 5900 block of South I-45.

The suspect in the abduction was identified as 26-year-old Jaquelyn Hernandez.

Details surrounding how the children were found have not been released at this time.
