‘A Moveable Festival’ showcasing talented songwriters in Houston and Austin

HOUSTON – Music lovers, get ready for a festival you don’t want to miss!

The Moveable Festival is coming to the Houston area in February.

The festival, produced by Brian Kalinec and Joel McColl, will feature six songwriters, with three performers from each city.

Matt Harlan, Libby Koch, and Alex Coba will showcase their talents at Kojak’s Fine Foods in Houston on Saturday, while George Ensle, Terry Klein, and Matthew Smith will take the stage at NeWorlDeli in Austin.

On Sunday, the Houston songwriters will travel to NeWorlDeli in Austin, while the Austin performers will entertain the audience at Kojak’s in Houston.

The proceeds from the Austin shows will be donated to the Central Texas Food Bank, while the Houston show will benefit 90.1 FM KPFT Houston and Song Circle Houston on Saturday, and the Houston Food Bank on Sunday.
