2 dead, 1 injured after shooting in Alvin; Police searching for 4 possible suspects

ALVIN, Texas – Police are investigating a shooting at a mobile home park that left two men dead and one injured in Alvin Wednesday night.

The shooting took place in the 700 block of Steele Road around 8 p.m.

Officers with the Alvin Police Department said they received a call from a person who seemed to be distraught, claiming that someone had broken into their residence and started shooting.

When police arrived on the scene, they reportedly found two dead bodies and another man who was suffering from a gunshot wound.

The injured man was taken to a nearby hospital.

Alvin police said that they are now looking for at least four people who they said fled the scene.

It is unclear what prompted the shooting at this time, and police have yet to identify the victims.
