POWER OUTAGES: More than 1,000 Houston-area residents without power as storms move through No description found
Power outages have been reported as storms move through the Houston area.
According to the CenterPoint Energy outage map, most of the outages are focused in the city of Houston.
A total of 1,005 customers were without power, according to the outage map, on Thursday morning.
Possible thunderstorms are expected for the next few days.
