SEALY, Texas – Authorities from the city of Sealy say a traffic stop ended in a major drug bust on Thursday.

According to the Sealy Police Department, a vehicle was speeding down IH-10, approximately at the 717 milepost.

During the traffic stop, it was determined that the driver was transporting narcotics through the area.

Police say over 5,000 grams of Methamphetamine was found, along with money.

The driver was reportedly from San Antonio. He was arrested and charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Felony.
